Molly is a veteran of the North American Young Rider program earning a team gold medal in 1991 and qualified several horses for the national Young Horse Championships. Her diversity as a rider and trainer includes starting young horses under saddle to finishing them at Grand Prix.

Karen and Scott Wright own and drive Morgan and miniature horses in Combined Driving Events. One of their miniature horses is a certified animal assisted therapy animal and a regular volunteer at Dayton Children's Hospital in Dayton, Ohio.

Joshua Knotts has a small family built with a love for the Lord and a respect for the buckaroo tradition. He has been riding for over 20 years and practicing low-stress stockmanship for the past 8 years. Josh has had the opportunity to buckaroo for a number of small ranches in WY, MT, and OH. In past ten years he has built a successful practice shoeing horses as well. Along the way has had the privilege to shoe for Buck Brannaman, Powder River Veterinary Clinic, and many others. He won the 2010 OFQHA ranch roping, took 2nd in the Knox county Extreme Cowboy Race, and is a member of the Northern Range Ranch Roping Series.

Tina has been with Hocking College since the beginning of its horse program in 1987. Throughout the years Tina has been coordinator of Backcountry Horsemanship, Wilderness Horsemanship and Equine Health and Complementary Therapies. She continues to teach part time but recently retired as a full time instructor.

She began teaching the Equine Massage classes in 1995 so her students would be able to help their horses in the backcountry. For many years was under the supervision of William Harnetty, DVM. an equine acupuncturists and who practices Eastern and Western Medicine. Tina also assists Tallgrass Animal Acupressure Institute with the classes they teach at Hocking College to include Acupressure and Aromatherapy (Essential Oils). Tina is a Co-Vice Chair of the National Board of Certification for Animal Acupressure and Massage (NBCAAM).Tina was a presenter at the 2011 Equine affaire.
